  We were very happy with our home remodel with McGinn construction. Mike and his company were easy to work with, responsive to our needs, and were very professional. The project was completed on time, and within our budget. Christina, the company's interior designer, was easy to work with and helped us choose materials along the way. In conclusion, we would definitely contract with them again and would highly recommend them.

  We recently purchased a home on Sanibel. It required attention for dry rot and a related structural problem that had developed as a result of a water leak. I have worked with many contractors in the past. Mike McGinn was great. He knows what is required for this environment and clearly detailed what it would take to fix the problem. He and his team were on time, very personable and would explain the repair as it progressed. They kept the job site clean and I am very satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend McGinn Construction.
